At Dreambaby, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a change of heart or a change in decor, we are here to ensure your shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dreambaby account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
